Spring market in Maine

It would appear that the spring market is upon us in full swing. We have had several showings on our listings in the past few weeks and today we have gotten calls from 3 agents who are bringing us offers on 3 of our listings. Were looking forward to the activity since we have been a bit stalled for the past 3-4 weeks as far as offers go lots of looking but no offers.

Looks like the gardening and spring raking will now have to take a back seat!

Today we had a great company meeting we talked about new marketing ideas, how we are #1 in Cumberland County and Maine for the 10th year in a row and had an interesting coaching segment.

The meeting took place at Portland Yacht Club which was just the most beautiful setting for a meeting I thoroughly enjoyed it. We took a break when we say a beautiful rainbow that I am sharing with you all.
